T-11011/8/2021-DCC-Part(3)How it works
Tell us about your health concerns, medical history and reports via WhatsApp, email or AI Vaidya.
Speak with a registered BAMS Vaidya online, in your own time zone.
Get a personalised care plan and a valid prescription.
Eligible medicines are usually dispatched within 48 hours, with tracking.
Follow-ups are scheduled according to your clinical needs. Repeat prescriptions and refills are provided only after review.
Why it's allowed now
Families used to wait weeks for a No Objection Certificate before they could post medicines abroad. The Ministry of Ayush now directs India Post and DGFT to accept a valid prescription instead.
“…all concerned are directed to allow shipment of Ayush drugs licensed under the category of Section 3(a) and 3(h) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 to abroad for personal use on the basis of valid prescription of the registered Ayush practitioner without insisting for No Objection Certificate (NOC) from concerned licensing authorities.”
Addressed to the Director General, Postal Services, and the Director General of Foreign Trade. A copy goes in every parcel we ship.

I was suffering from allergic asthma for 4 years, which used to get worse with every season change. I had even been hospitalized in emergencies and was dependent on inhalers and allopathy medicines. But after just 3 visits and one month of treatment from Dr. Piyush Juneja …
His staff is also very humble, caring, and cooperative. They restore your hope too.
I took online consultation for my sinus and skin issues. He sent me the medicine through courier. I am very happy with Dr. Piyush Juneja’s consultation and medicines. Thanks a lot, sir.
We are extremely grateful to Dr Piyush Juneja and the entire AyuQuo team. Due to my wife’s medical condition, several allopathic doctors had advised us to go for IVF. However, after starting Ayurvedic treatment under Dr. Piyush’s guidance …
The approach, care, and support were truly remarkable.
Very professional and dedicated Ayurvedic doctor of Delhi NCR. After searching on Google, I consulted Dr. Piyush for my piles problem and after taking his 3-month course … I recommend that everyone with piles, fissure or fistula consult him before opting for surgery. Thank you so much.
Due to age, both my mother and father were suffering from joint pain for a long time. They used too much allopathy medicine and faced side effects. We connected with Dr. Piyush Juneja in Ghaziabad. He developed a very good system for remote patients. We did an online consultation for my parents and he couriered the medicines to Agra.
… they both felt much better within a few months. I found him one of the most renowned Ayurveda doctors across India.
I had been struggling with fatty liver and thyroid issues for the past three years. After consulting Dr. Piyush Juneja, I began to see improvements …
I had undergone allopathic treatment for about one year without any significant improvement. A friend recommended Dr. Piyush Juneja. He is very polite, listens to the patient carefully, gives sufficient time and explains the problem.
He quickly identified my problem, which was PCOD … I then consulted him for my husband and son too.
He also consults through online / video calls, which I use for my father in Agra. They have an in-house pharmacy, a courier facility and regular phone follow-ups. I strongly recommend Dr. Piyush Juneja.
Very authentic and knowledgeable Ayurveda consultant in Delhi NCR. I took online consultation for my personal health issue, which I cannot discuss publicly … Thank you so much, sir.
Dr Piyush Juneja is a very experienced doctor. I had a very bad cough but allopathy wasn't helping. Dr Juneja helped a lot. Please visit if allopathy is not working.
One of the renowned Ayurvedic doctors in Delhi NCR. … I consulted him online. He sent me the medicines through courier. His courier service is also very good — delivered within 3 days. Thank you Dr Piyush.
Highly satisfied with the guidance provided by the doctor … The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. Highly recommended for PCOD and fertility-related concerns.
Excellent doctor. We were struggling for the last two years due to fibrosis and bronchitis of my wife. Allopathy and homeopathy weren’t helping us; we went everywhere but of no use.
Then we got to know about Dr. Piyush Juneja … God bless Dr. Piyush Juneja, he has mastery and command on his diagnosis.
We are thoroughly satisfied.
My daughter was suffering from severe psoriasis. Dr. Piyush came as a ray of hope for us. It’s been 6 months … He is God-sent and I am forever grateful to him.
Dr Juneja has now become a family doctor for us. My family and I always refer to him. He is very kind, listens to our problems and is always helpful whenever we want to speak to him.

Care plans
Every plan includes a video consultation with a registered BAMS Vaidya, licensed medicines and express delivery to your door. Your Vaidya recommends the right plan after your assessment.
Chronic conditions usually need 6–9 months of continued care
Your Vaidya decides the medicines and quantity after the consult. If a medicine is not allowed into your country, we tell you before dispatch.
Questions
Rules differ by country. We check your country's personal-import rules for each medicine before dispatch, put a copy of the prescription and the Ayush advisory in the box, and ship only what is allowed.
Yes. Book the consultation in their name so the Vaidya can assess them directly. You are welcome to join the call.
No. Keep your doctor informed and do not stop any prescribed medicine without their advice. Our Vaidyas work alongside your existing care.
Eligible orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours (working days) of your prescription, by express courier, with a tracking link. Transit time depends on your country and customs.
We ship only herbal formulations licensed in India, with batch details on the label. We never dispatch abroad any medicine containing metals or minerals (Rasaushadhi / Bhasma) or listed in Schedule E(1), which is what most overseas regulators have raised concerns about. Your Vaidya prescribes from this eligible list.
Tell your coordinator. We replace lost parcels under our shipping terms, which we share before dispatch.

Policies
Last updated: 25 September 2026. These policies apply to consultations booked and medicines dispatched through this page.
Who we are. This service is operated by AyuQuo Herbals Private Limited (CIN: [CIN]) ("we", "us"), trading as IndianVaidyas.ai and AyuQuo, with its registered office at SP-003, First Floor, Sector 116, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We act as the data fiduciary (data controller) for the personal data described below.
What we collect. Your name, contact details, country, delivery address, date of birth or age, the health concerns, medical history and reports you share, consultation notes, prescriptions, order and payment records, and basic technical data such as device and browser information.
Why we use it. To arrange and conduct your teleconsultation, issue prescriptions, prepare and ship medicines, process payments, schedule follow-ups, answer your questions, meet our legal and regulatory duties, and, only if you opt in, send you health tips and updates.
Legal basis and consent. We process your health data on the basis of your free, specific and informed consent, given through the checkbox on our booking form, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules. For patients in the EU, UK and similar regions, we rely on your explicit consent for health data and on our contract with you for delivering the service (GDPR / UK GDPR Articles 6 and 9).
Who we share it with. Only with people and services that need it to care for you: your treating Vaidya and our clinical team, our in-house pharmacy, courier and customs partners (name, address and the prescription copy required for import), payment processors, secure IT and communication providers (for example, video and WhatsApp), and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
International transfers. Your data is stored and processed in India. If you live outside India, you consent to this transfer. For patients in the EU, UK and Switzerland we also rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK Addendum) with our processors, and we apply contractual and security safeguards to protect your data.
How long we keep it. Consultation and prescription records are kept for at least 3 years, as required by the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines for Ayush practitioners, and longer only where the law requires. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.
Security. We use access controls, encrypted storage and transfer, and confidentiality obligations for all staff and partners. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of any personal data breach as the law requires.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your data, withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect care already provided), object to marketing, nominate a person to act for you, and raise a grievance. EU/UK residents may also request data portability and complain to their local data protection authority.
Children. Consultations for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on their behalf. We may ask for proof of identity and of the relationship before the consultation, as the DPDP Act requires verifiable parental consent.
Cookies. This page uses only essential browser storage for your convenience. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
Grievance Officer / Data Protection contact. Ms. Deblina Roy, deblina@indianvaidyas.com, +91 93110 22038, at the address above. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
1. The service. We connect you with registered Ayush (BAMS) practitioners for online consultations and, where clinically appropriate, dispatch licensed Ayurvedic medicines from India for your personal use. Consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines for Ayush practitioners issued by the Ministry of Ayush.
2. Not for emergencies. Teleconsultation is not suitable for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
3. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or a parent or legal guardian booking for a minor. You agree to share accurate, complete information about your health, medicines and allergies.
4. Clinical judgement. Your Vaidya decides whether teleconsultation is appropriate, what to prescribe and for how long. A prescription is issued only after a consultation, and the Vaidya may decline to prescribe or may refer you for an in-person examination or tests.
5. Complementary care. Ayurvedic treatment works alongside, not instead of, your existing medical care. Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine without advice from your treating doctor. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
6. Personal use only. Medicines are dispatched for the named patient's personal use under the Ministry of Ayush advisory No. T-11011/8/2021-DCC-Part(3) dated 20 April 2026. Resale or supply to others is not permitted.
7. Import rules. You are responsible for complying with the import laws of your country. We check known restrictions before dispatch and will not ship medicines we believe are prohibited in your country.
8. Fees and payment. Consultation and medicine charges are confirmed to you in writing before payment. Any Indian taxes that apply are shown before you pay; import duties, VAT/GST or clearance fees charged in your country, if any, are payable by you.
9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation or order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version shown on this page on the date of your booking applies to that booking.
Consultations. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed consultations, are not refundable, but we will offer one reschedule. If we cancel, or the Vaidya cannot complete the consultation for technical reasons on our side, you receive a full refund or a free new slot, as you prefer.
Medicines before dispatch. You can cancel a medicine order for a full refund until it is dispatched.
Medicines after dispatch. For safety and hygiene reasons, prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispatched. We will replace the item or refund you in full if it arrives damaged, incorrect or expired, or if the parcel is lost in transit. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and product.
Customs. If customs refuses a parcel because of an item we should have flagged, we refund that item. If the refusal is due to incorrect information you gave us, or to unpaid duties, the order is not refundable.
How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank or currency-conversion charges applied by your bank cannot be refunded.
Where we ship from. All medicines are dispatched from India by our in-house pharmacy, using tracked express courier or postal services.
Dispatch time. Eligible orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours (working days) after your prescription is issued and payment is confirmed. You receive a tracking link by WhatsApp or email.
Delivery time. Transit usually takes 5–12 working days depending on your country, the courier and customs clearance. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Quantity. Each shipment contains medicines for personal use only, and no more than a 90-day supply, in line with common personal-import limits.
What we do not ship abroad. We do not dispatch internationally any medicine listed in Schedule E(1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, or any Rasaushadhi / Bhasma preparation containing metals or minerals, as several countries restrict their import. Your Vaidya will choose herbal alternatives.
Documents in every parcel. An English copy of your prescription (with the Vaidya's name and registration number), an itemised invoice and a copy of the Ministry of Ayush advisory.
Duties and taxes. Import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged in your country, if any, are payable by the recipient.
Address and delivery. Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or refused delivery, re-shipping costs are payable by you.
Countries we do not ship to. We do not ship to countries, or ship products, where the law prohibits import. We will tell you before you pay if any prescribed item cannot be sent to your country.
By booking, you confirm that you are starting the teleconsultation voluntarily, which is taken as your consent under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. You understand that a teleconsultation has limits compared with an in-person examination, and that the Vaidya may ask for tests or an in-person visit. You agree to identify yourself (and the patient, if different) when asked.
